If you were following my journey this last week, I went to the mountains up in Colorado, and I did a beautiful 4-day meditation retreat. It was just absolutely profound. Every single time I shut off the world and go inward for four days straight, I'm reminded of the power of this work. I'm reminded of the power of all of us, and what we have available to us in our bodies and what we have available to us in the form of energy all around us, ya know?
And when we allow ourselves to create spaciousness from the human structure of the mind, we open ourselves up to magic and Infinite potential.
I was brought to tears multiple times this weekend by just how much power and love is available in my body by no other substance other than my own awareness. And my own ability to open my system up and welcome in what is available.
And my goodness, I was just in awe of that. And it gave me fuel and reignited my mission in a whole new way. There was one moment when the teachers were talking about our purpose.
And sometimes that question can feel a little bit like, “Oh God, I don't know what my purpose is.” It's easy to get caught up in the human doing, doing, doing, and losing sight of who we truly are and why we're here. Our purpose is not something we have to do. It's something we get to be. Our purpose is simply to be ourselves as much as possible. To be the fullest expression of our soul. And when we allow ourselves just to be, everything else falls into place.
