About Kathryn Hansen

Kathryn recovered from bulimia in 2005; she is dedicated to educating & empowering women/men who struggle with binge eating. She is the author of "Brain over Binge," and "The Brain over Binge Recovery Guide". Kathryn also leads online courses to support individuals in achieving recovery. Her books & courses offer an alternative perspective--teaching brain-based reasons for binge eating, and departing from mainstream ideas that say eating disorders are the result of underlying emotional/psychological problems.
