The Journey by Pause Breathwork is a 6-week online course facilitated by CEO & Founder Samantha Skelly. Through The Journey, you will learn how to use breathwork to overcome anxiety and stress and to reconnect into your body so that you can access your innate wisdom, safety, and calm. The course includes weekly content comprised of a video lecture and breathwork experience, an assigned mantra, and a workbook on the assigned weekly theme.
