I am so excited to have another guest on the show to chat about trauma. Today I am joined by Katie Brauer, a high-performance coach, personal transformation expert and leader at the intersection of yoga and entrepreneurship. Katie and I chat about how to recognize your operating system for trauma and the different types of trauma. She also shares why you need to give yourself permission to feel and a technique to help regulate your nervous system.
