Jess Benstock is a lifetime student, therapeutic and somatic healing practitioner, as well as a fiercely loving mentor and teacher. Her superpower is her ability to hold a fiercely loving and supportive container for her clients. For the past 12 years Jess has dug deep into every self-development, leadership, subconscious reprogramming, and trauma healing techniques to become the most embodied leader possible. She has trained with masters in their craft from all over the world and brought those 20,000+ hours of mastery to her students and trained practitioners.

About Jess Benstock:

Jess Benstock is a Teacher of Trauma Informed & Trained Multi-Modality Coaching Leadership & Energetics Mentor for high functioning female entrepreneurs & executives.

She was born into a long line of western medicine practitioners and was drawn into the deep inner works of human emotions, the subconscious mind, the power of breathwork, the importance of interpersonal communication, and transformation of consciousness (to list a few).

Her career path in holistic therapies started at the early age of 18 where she took her first extensive training in all four veins of Hypnotherapy and graduated as the youngest person to ever attend The Alchemy Institute of Hypnotherapy.

From there she studied and, for many years, taught different techniques for subconscious targeting and reprogramming of unhealthy belief systems, imprinted traumas, and underlying patterns of self-sabotage. This included, but was not limited to, addiction repatterining, relationship dynamics, state change practices, breathwork, nonviolent communication, anger therapies, sexual de-repression, and trauma healing.

Meanwhile, for four years starting in 2012, she studied shamanic practices and therapies utilizing herbs and plants to aid in healing while also studying Lakota, Shipibo, and Quechua traditions. Jess wanted to understand how such seemingly ‘primitive’ cultures were able to heal the body and mind more effectively than many western medicine practices.

In 2017, she attended the Clairvision School of Meditation as a full-time student. This school goes deep into inner alchemy through the cultivation of the subtle bodies, mediation and IST (Inner Space Technique).

Jess offers a dynamic blend of techniques to uncover the source of energetic, emotional and somatic issues based on the individual's unique design, lifestyle, career, and relationships. From there we can begin to create a new way of being, working and engaging to self and others which allows for an optimal life in full congruence with your most healthy, aligned and empowered self.

In her school, The Phoenix Path Coaching Institute of Transformational Arts, she teaches a mixture of trauma-informed techniques to heal the body, the subconscious mind, and working with the energy of current and future clients while always maintaining professional containers.
