Are you able to truly and fully feel joy? Today’s guest, Agapi Stassinopoulos joined me to talk about optimizing your joy to live a fulfilling life. We discuss why wisdom should be your priority and how denying your inner wisdom will be detrimental to yourself. She talks about embracing your full self, releasing your fears and freeing yourself from negative fields of energy. She touches on the breath and using it to feel love (and how we don’t actually have anything to do with our breath). She also talks about the art of loving yourself and how it’s a daily, never-ending practice that we have to embark on.
