The Disease of Unworthiness

In my opinion, when it comes to happiness, the biggest disease in the world is the very thing that affects us so deeply – unworthiness.
 
Unworthiness is the root of so much chaos and suffering in the world.
 
Just take a second to imagine yourself as whole. What if you didn’t worry about worthiness? What if the thought of not being good enough didn’t cross your mind on the daily? Or maybe you’re prone to worry about things like never having enough, never being enough, etc.  
 

 
Imagine how the climate of the world would shift if you didn’t think this way at all…if no one did.
 
We’d all feel connected if we felt into how connected we truly are.
 
Finding your felt sense of worth is not an exploration. You don’t need to go looking for your value, it’s already there. You just need to reveal it. You need to identify with it. So ask yourself this:
 
“What’s getting in the way of me experiencing worthiness?”
 

 
From there, you can remove the clutter and blocks to feeling worthy of what you want in life. You can finally feel into the fact that you are deserving, which will help you feel connected to yourself, the planet, and others.
 
Worthiness is within us all. The only thing blocking it is the stories of why we’re not there yet. The only thing blocking it is false beliefs and fear.
 
It’s time to shed those faulty protectors, own your worthiness, and live a life that truly makes you happy.
